Having been involved in the real estate and construction industry for 35 years, Shree Bhupendra Kasvala has gained extensive expertise in Vastushastra over the years. He developed a deep interest in this field early on and began studying its principles.
Initially, he focused on providing optimal solutions for homes, but he has now broadened his horizons and collaborates with diverse sectors, including Vastu Education, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Farmhouse, Plot, Restaurant and Hospital to help them create spaces that are peaceful, harmonious, and visually appealing.

The origins of Vastushastra can be traced back to ancient texts such as the Vedas, specifically the Atharvaveda and the Rigveda. It is believed that Vastushastra evolved as a discipline to promote well-being, prosperity, and spiritual harmony by aligning architectural design with the cosmic forces and natural elements.
It is an ancient Indian architectural science. It aims to create balanced living spaces.. It considers factors like layout, orientation, and proportions, emphasizing harmony between the five elements. Vastushastra also considers cardinal directions and their energies, ensuring positive flow. It is practiced worldwide, guiding the construction of spaces.

How to do Vastu in an apartment?
Place a Manjusha to energize the entrance and Brahmasthan. Do not attempt to modify the kitchen or toilet in existing apartments. Even if you change the toilet, the pipeline remains, and other occupants continue to use the toilets on the other floors. Hence, it is meaningless. Rather, focus on making other things better.
